Chicken Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli (chopped or flowerettes)
1 Box Stove Top Stuffing - prepare according to package
Chicken (canned or cooked and diced)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c. Mayo
Breadcrumbs (optional)

In a 9x13 baking pan, layer broccoli, stove top, then chicken. Mix soup and mayo (I add a little water or milk too) and pour over mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 350 for 30-40 min.
