Crepes


Sunday Morning Crepes!
A few months ago little Ben decided that Saturday morning would be for french toast, and Sunday morning would be Crepes. So cute and it totally works for me!
Crepes
1 C. Milk
1 C. Flour
1 t. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 t. Salt

Mix all the ingredients until smooth (blender works great) and pour small amount into center of a heated and buttered frying pan. Lift fry pan and rotate until batter covers the bottom then wait until the crepe starts to loose it's gloss then flip and cook other side until golden brown.
Our favorite way to eat them is buttered with cinnamon-sugar then rolled up. Or just plain dipped in syrup.
