Curry Chicken Salad w/ Canteloupe

1 c. Chicken breast, cooked, diced
1/2 c. Celery, sliced
1/2 c. Red Seedless Grapes, halved
2 T. Slivered Almonds, toasted
1/2 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 t. Soy Sauce
1/2 t. Curry Powder
1 Large Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and halved

Combine mayo, sour cream, soy sauce and curry and mix well. Stir in the rest (except the cantaloupe). Serve salad in cantaloupe bowl and enjoy.
